Free shipping on all replacement needs. If you order the incorrect size, just return the boots to us at the address above in the same condition as you received them, unworn with all tags still attached, and we will ship you the correct size at no shipping cost to you.

We honor the manufacturer's warranty that the boots will be free of manufacturing defects. Return the boots to us and we will get a new pair sent out to you. Normal wear and tear does not constitute a free replacement pair.

We will match any legitimate competitor's pricing. If you find a lower price (including shipping) anywhere on the internet or in a retail store, we will match. The price match policy does not include auction sites or discontinued items.
